From the skies to the aisle, my journey has always been about people, experiences, and stories. Having begun my career in the airline and hotel industry ( Holiday Inn , Water’s Edge & Jetwing Hotels ) back in 1997, I was fortunate to travel the world, experience diverse cultures, and understand the beauty of connection. It was there that my passion for weddings was born and in 2010, I planned my very first one. That single event sparked a love that has guided me ever since.
With over two decades in luxury hospitality, I’ve learned that a truly unforgettable celebration is about more than design and detail, it’s about emotion. Whether it’s a grand ballroom affair or an intimate garden ceremony, every event I craft is a reflection of the couple’s story, style, and soul.
Vintage & Fusion Weddings was created from a dream to blend the timeless elegance of tradition with the fresh spirit of modern romance. My role is not just to plan your wedding but to translate your love story into an experience that feels effortlessly “you.”
Having collaborated with some of Sri Lanka’s most renowned venues, artists, and creative partners, I take pride in curating a team that shares my vision for perfection. Together, we ensure that every detail from your first “hello” to your final dance flows with grace, warmth, and beauty.
But above all, what I treasure most are the people – the couples who trust me with their dreams, the colleagues who stand beside me, and the creative souls who help turn vision into reality. They are the heart behind every magical moment we create.

Disney is the artistic heart of Vintage & Fusion Weddings, where imagination meets emotion. With over seven years of experience in the hospitality and event industry, she has mastered the art of transforming ideas into experiences crafting weddings that are as breathtaking as the stories behind them.
Her journey through one of Sri Lanka’s most prestigious hotel chains taught her the power of detail the elegance of textures, the harmony of colors, and the emotion hidden in every subtle touch. For Disney, design is more than aesthetics; it’s about creating a mood that mirrors the couple’s essence and leaves a lasting impression on everyone who walks into their celebration.
From concept sketches to final styling, she pours her heart into every element, ensuring that each wedding she touches feels distinctive, personal, and unforgettable. Her creativity doesn’t just shape the look of our events it gives them soul.

Dilufer SilvaManaging Director – Finance & Head of Sales & Marketing

As the second in command at Vintage & Fusion Weddings, Dilufer brings harmony, structure, and leadership to our creative world. Her calm confidence and exceptional organizational skills ensure that every celebration flows seamlessly from dream to reality.
With over three years of experience in the hospitality industry, Dilufer has managed diverse events and guest experiences where precision and presentation are everything. Her journey with one of Sri Lanka’s leading hotel chains (Jetwing Hotels) refined her ability to anticipate needs, build strong client relationships, and uphold the highest standards of service.
Academically, she has always stood out graduating as the Batch Top from the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management, and later earning her Master’s Degree in Business Management from a prestigious university in Austria. Her education, paired with her natural leadership, gives her the perfect balance of professionalism and grace.
As the Managing Director – Finance & Head of Sales & Marketing, Dilufer ensures that the creative dreams of our team are supported by a strong foundation of strategy and clarity. She believes that behind every flawlessly executed wedding lies not just creativity, but also thoughtful planning and steady guidance qualities she embodies with ease.
On a personal note, I am truly proud of her achievements both locally and internationally. As my youngest sister, she has grown into an inspiring professional and a pillar of strength within our company. Her presence adds heart, balance, and brilliance to everything we create together at Vintage & Fusion Weddings.
Rozette TellingSenior Wedding Planner / Head of Entertainment & Bridal Outfits

Music has been Rozette’s world since the age of eighteen — a journey that has taken her to some of Colombo’s most prestigious venues, where her voice has brought joy to countless celebrations of love. Through those years on stage, she discovered the true essence of hospitality: understanding people, feeling their emotions, and creating happiness through heartfelt connection.
That same gift for connecting with people led her naturally into event management a space where artistry, elegance, and emotion come together in perfect rhythm. Alongside her musical career, Rozette’s creativity extends into design and dressmaking, with a special passion for crafting exquisite bridal outfits that reflect each bride’s individuality and inner glow.
Since joining Vintage & Fusion Weddings, Rozette has become an invaluable part of our creative family, blending her talents in entertainment and fashion to enhance every event we create. Her keen eye for detail and warm, spirited energy make every couple feel truly seen and celebrated.
Beyond her professional brilliance, Rozette is someone very dear to me — a friend and partner since 2015. Through every challenge and triumph, we’ve stood side by side, lifting each other up and growing together. That bond of trust and friendship is the heartbeat of our team, and it’s what we bring to every couple we work with reminding them that love, like teamwork, is strongest when you stand together.
Dinithi KureraWedding Planner Joined 2022 / Wedding Coordinator

Dinithi brings a rich blend of academic excellence and hands-on hospitality experience to Vintage and Fusion Weddings. A graduate of Wayamba University, she also holds a Master’s Degree in Tourism Systems & Hospitality Management from the University of Palermo, Italy, along with a Diploma in Event Management.
Before joining our team, Dinithi worked for nearly two years as a Banquet Assistant in a luxury hotel in Sri Lanka, where she planned and coordinated weddings, conferences, and social gatherings. This experience sharpened her ability to manage events with poise and to connect effortlessly with clients— skills that now define her approach as a wedding planner and coordinator.
Beyond the world of events, Dinithi is a passionate baker who finds joy and relaxation in creating and decorating cakes. Her creativity in the kitchen mirrors the artistry she brings to every celebration she helps design. Since joining Vintage and Fusion Weddings in 2022, Dinithi has quickly become an integral part of our family. With her expertise, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm, she looks forward to shaping unforgettable celebrations and growing alongside the team in the years ahead
